Less support for you
When the client just clicks to watch their film, the "the link won't open" or "my storage is full" emails disappear. You upload the video once and the platform generates the streaming qualities for you.

Can the film be watched on a Smart TV?
Yes. LuxStory includes a TV screen with a pairing code, as well as the browser on computer and phone.
How long until a 4K film is ready?
It depends on the length. Your portal and photos are ready in minutes; processing a long 4K film takes longer than a 1080p one.
Can the client download the video?
You decide what you offer: streaming, download or both. Downloads are optional.
